Why We Move
This module covers the goals of the future modules and supports all the lessons to be presented in module 2 and 3. The module starts with a discussion of how sitting impacts our physiology and why exercise alone does not fully reverse the changes. We are primarily focusing on motivation and mindset in this module. We will start with discussing how to progress your awareness of your motivation to move and live a more fullfilled life. This is followed by a twist on the mindset shift that needs to occur not only in regards to movement, but also to how you approach habit change.
